The GreaseSolution™ tank was specifically designed for urban situations where large outdoor interceptors are impractical. More and more professionals are recognizing retention time as the most important variable in efficient grease separation. Currently, in situations where there is not room to install a large outdoor interceptor, restaurant operators must contend with small indoor traps. These traps do not provide the retention time and storage capacity of our tanks, and the smaller traps require much more maintenance to function.

The GreaseSolution™ tank was designed to fit through a standard 3' 0" door, and is lightweight enough so that it does not require any special handling equipment. The interior baffle configuration maximizes the flow pattern to increase retention time, while maintaining laminar flow.

The GreaseSolution™ tank can be installed above or below grade, and sized to fit any requirements.
